We offer elegant teas. We will be happy to bake cookies, shortbreads and cakes to your specification and offer informal teas by appointment. Please stop and see Merri in the bake shop.
Our Tea Set tea time yesterday at The Sweetery couldn't have been better... well, maybe if I'd been able to eat (in addition to my plate of goodies) one of those beautiful strawberry crepes several members raved about or a huge piece of lemon pound cake or coconut cake or chocolate cake that looked so tempting and tasted (I tried a bite from the plates of friends) so delicious. As I said then, we should have had a tape recorder to document the oohs and ahhs that emanated from satisfied palates. I know I will return and I'll tell anyone who wants a good tea in cozy surroundings to find The Sweetery. Thanks for the treat. Celia Miles
